Castles and Cathedrals

A 21 mile circular ride from Prestatyn seafront to St Asaph, passing both St Asaph Cathedral and Rhuddlan Castle, with a lovely return journey along the riverside and coast. We'll use lots of cycle paths with a little time spent cycling on quiet lanes. There are one or two sections on roads, but Sunday mornings are usually quiet traffic times. There are two short hills to tackle but we'll all ride at our own pace and re-gather at the top.
We'll take a break at the Harbour Hub cafe at Rhyl Harbour before pedalling back along the seafront for a lovely traffic-free return to Prestatyn. At the moment there are one or two short cycle path diversions on Rhyl promenade, but both are traffic-free.
We never leave anyone behind and welcome all on our rides.
Helmets are mandatory and please remember to bring along a spare inner tube and tools for repairing a puncture. You can also either bring cash/ card to purchase something from the cafe or bring your own snacks - there is public seating at the Harbour Cafe. It's also worth bringing along waterproofs in case of showers!
