About the route
Starting point
Upton House, Car Park Facilities Block . This is also the finishing point. Please arrive in time for the start and bring snacks and drink for the journey.
Ride the Castleman's from Upton to Ringwood and back.
16 Miles each way, 32 miles total.
Mostly gravel trail cycle paths. Some short road sections.
Cycle from Upton to Wimborne Minster.
Road section through the town before re-joining the trail.
Overall route looks like this:
Upton Country Park to Broadstone
Broadstone to River Stour
River Stour to Stapehill
Stapehill to Ameysford
Ameysford to West Moors
West Moors to Ashley Heath
Ashley Heath to Ringwood.
Then back again along the same route.
Mainly gravel, but can get muddy.
