Castle Ashby

Heading for Rural Castle Ashby Tearooms along cycle lanes and country roads.   It’s just 6 miles there and perfect for those that ride already and are looking for someone to ride with or perhaps you’d like some extra training for fitness.  We really welcome newcomers to our rides. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  We will stop in at the tearoom so please bring some money for a hot drink and if the weather is bad a waterproof. If you have one please also bring a puncture repair kit. This ride is suitable for all bike types as on tarmac. Please note this is a 'fun ride' so will not take place during severe weather; all those booked on will be contacted in the event of cancellation. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  My rides are also publicised on the Breeze Northampton Facebook page & Twitter.
