Castell Caerdydd i'r Bae ac yn ôl - We'll start at the castle, head down the Taff Trail to the Bay, stop for some light refreshments, loop around the barrage and Hamadryad park, and rejoin the Taff Trail back to the Castle. This is a relatively flat and almost completely traffic free route. We ride together at an easy pace, and nobody is left behind.
