Cascob Breezing!

We start our ride in Presteigne and cycle through Discoed up to Cascob where we will have a self brought snack at the church before returning via Whitton, Ackhill and Stapleton.
All women are welcome on our rides and no one will be left behind, we cycle at a pace that is comfortable for all and enables us to chat along the way!

Dress to be comfortable on your bike and to suit current weather conditions, no special clothing is required but something bright makes us more visible to traffic and other road users. Helmets are advisable.
Please bring water or any other refreshment you might need on the ride plus a well-maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump.
Please ensure prior to the ride that you or any household member do not have symptoms of Covid 19 and bring your own hand sanitiser, gloves and face mask, this is required if first aid has to be administered. We will ride in accordance with government and British Cycling's rules and guidelines and maintain distancing as we have been doing to keep us and others as safe as possible.
