Another Carten build up ride to get us in the mood. Carten route along the A48 to Bridgend then back via the coast towards Barrybados and home.

Will be on main roads as per the Carten route and traffic will be similar to that on the day of the event so will help get used to the conditions

There will be a coffee stop en-route and there are a couple of options so that will depend how our legs are feeling when we pass one.

Helmets essential as well as any spares you need (tubes, pump multitool etc). Always check the weather before heading off to make sure you are covered for any showers etc that may happen.

We never leave anyone behind
