Starting from council car park, opposite Red Dragon Centre, we head towards Bute park, around Penarth Flats, the bay over the barrage Please note: After the last ride in Cardiff, there was a all day event taking place and the car park was not free, and this resulted in losing a rider at the start. We will still meet there thou, free parking is available on Schooner Way, if the car park is not available
