Meet at back entrance of the main building by the lake mac birmingham Cannon Hill Park Birmingham
This is a gentle introductory ride for beginners and those that haven’t been out on their bikes for a while.
The 5 to 6 mile route will take us at a gentle pace around the local parks and River Rea cycle path, with just a little road riding.
It’s a lovely evening ride with a coffee/drink and chat stop at the MAC at the end.
Suitable for hybrid/mountain bike.
Please ensure your bike is roadworthy and it’s helpful if you have a spare inner tube to hand.
Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Bright suitable clothing is recommended - NO LYCRA NEEDED!
We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. We look forward to seeing you there
