About the route
Please join me on a leisurely ride from Pype Hayes Park to the Custard Factory near Birmingham City Centre.
We will ride using mainly designated cycle paths and canal towpaths, along the Birmingham to Fazeley and Digbeth Branch Canal.
The paths have been recently resurfaced and this is a pleasant and fairly flat route into the City Centre.
We will stop for coffee and a chat at the Custard Factory, so please bring some cash to treat yourself, before making our way back to Pype Hayes Park along the same route.
Please ensure a roadworthy (canalpathworthy!) bike and bring a spare inner tube just in case.
