Mainly canal tow path , trails and pavements where you may be required to push you bicycle in places.

Beautiful scenery along the wonderful local canal network.

Short distance of road to gain access to parks and canal towpaths. Involves dismounting you bicycle and pushing it across some of the busy roads.

Plan to stop for photo’s if you wish and refreshments.

Possibly bring some means of payment for refreshments.
