About the route
Get the week off to a great start with a refreshing breeze along the canal to Sirhowy Valley Country Park and back.
Meet at fourteen locks canal centre car park NP10 9GN.
12 miles in total, about 1.5 hours cycling plus the usual faffing and social fun.
Bring a thremos and a snack for a winter picnic at the country park.
Its a bit of a bumpy ride and I would recommend no cleats or peddle baskets, wear your cycle helmet, warm clothes and gloves.
