About the route
Come and join us for a coffee and a cake at Solihull Newest Bike shop/Cafe then we'll pedal those calories off.
We'll be cycling along the canal towpath and then quiet country lanes so hybrid or moutain bikes will be needed.
I'll be at the shop from about 5.30, and we will leave for the ride at 6.30.
Please remember to wear hi-vis or nice bright colours as we like to be seen, lights especially if you are cycling home after the ride and also bring a spare inner tube.
