Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Meet by the park entrance which is at the junction of Winter Street, Crookes Valley Road and Mushroom Lane (opposite entrance to Weston Park).

Parking available on road but check local signage for pay and display bays.

We will warm up in the park and see how we go. If time allows or if people are feeling confident enough we will head out on the road and do some of the actual event route.

Please wear comfy clothing and where possible a helmet though not compulsory. Please bring drinks and snacks. We will talk in more depth about puncture kit, inner tubes, and tools needed for basic bike issues as part of the sessions and point you in the direction of where to purchase such items.

We will go for a well earned brew at a local cafe near by after the ride so please bring a bike lock.
