Join us for a ride around east Leeds using towpaths, cycle paths and quiet roads with a couple of cheeky climbs but nothing to hard

Leaving the station we head up to the towpath and down to Leeds picking up TPT to Skelton lake, head around the path then on to Temple Newsam and out on Elm Tree Walk, zig zag on cycle paths crossing Selby road and into the housing estate dropping down into The Springs for our coffee stop

Leaving The Springs we will follow the East Leeds Orbital Road (cycle path) back to Shadwell where we either head around the back of Leeds Grammar school and Eccup or keep going on Alwoodley lane back to Adel then drop through Far Headingley back to Kirkstall Forge

Please Note: This route is'nt suitable for skinny road tyres, the section at Skelton Lake is gravel and lumpy
