This is a starter ride for women only. If you have been thinking of getting on your bike, but would like some practice in parks and on quiet roads in a non-pressured group, this ride is for you. We will begin with a bit of practice in Byron Recreation Ground before going out onto neighbouring quiet roads. We will end up at Kenton Recreation Ground for a cuppa and a chat before heading back to the Leisure Centre. If you have a child doing the free Level 1 cycle training with CycleExperience - http://www.cycleexperience.com/holidaycourses/ - we will be back in time for you to collect your child. Breeze is a women-only scheme from British Cycling to support women to enjoy cycling. We are a friendly group, so don't worry if you don't know anyone. We will always go at the speed of the slowest rider. Please pump up your tyres before you come and check that the brakes work. Any bike is suitable - we shall be on hard surfaces all the way. Please bring water, waterproofs if rain is forecast and wear non-baggy clothing which will not get caught on the chain. Helmets are a matter of personal choice.  You can lock your bike to the stand outside the Leisure Centre entrance. We have a Facebook page - Breeze Network Harrow. Please Like this page to keep up to date with our rides.
