All our rides are social rides run at the pace of the slowest rider. Our rides all start from Leighton Buzzard town centre, and we aim to use quieter roads and cycle infrastructure where possible. Some rides will use the canal towpath, as Leighton Buzzard is fortunate to have a surfaced towpath suitable for cycling. Some rides will be predominately road-based, while others will aim to use the roads as little as possible. Our rides do not normally need any specialist bikes, so Road, Mountain Bike, Hybrid, or e-bike are all fine.

In April, cycle lights are required. We do not cycle in the dark, but as a courtesy to other road users, it is important that you are seen. Cycle helmets are recommended but not mandatory.
