The weather forecast is looking not to bad now for tomorrow, join us for a steady loop from Adel to Kirkstall, a couple of hills, one short and steep but this will be taken with care, Otley Old road can be busy so you must be comfortable with cars passing, this section is 0,3 miles

Leaving Adel we head up to Cookridge, then its down to Bramhope over the Chevin to Carlton and on to Yeadon past the tarn, hopefully seeing some planes take off or land. From Yeadon it's onto Rawdon then Horsforth, dropping down to the A65 for a short section before turning into Kirkstall Forge and Butler's for our lunch/coffee stop

Leaving the cafe we head up to the traffic lights turning right onto A65 and follow the bus lane, before the abbey we turn left for the climb up to Headingley, Weetwood and Adel, if you started at Cookridge you will have company back to the post office
