A nice gentle bank holiday Monday ride. Mostly traffic free with a small road section over Penarth.
Leaving Bute Park we will head down the Bay for a ride across the Barrage then over Penarth where we re-join the cycle path and head down the beautiful Cosmeston Lake. After a coffee break and a lap of the lake we head back home.
