Bushy and Richmond Parks

The ride heads out via Greenford and then Brentford to Syon Park. From there we follow Thames side roads and paths to Twickenham before moving on to Bushy Park. It is the rutting season and deer may be seen to be more active. The ride then moves on to Richmond Park via Kingston upon Thames. The ride back will encounter more traffic with some pinch points along the way.
The ride time is an indication only and is very much affected by the number of stops and the ability of those on the ride. The aim is to have an enjoyable ride through the interesting, varied and attractive scenery of the two parks.

A ride to Bushy Park and from there to Richmond Park

Quieter roads and roads with safer cycling facilties where possible

There will be a refreshment stop in Richmond Park

Please wear a helmet. Carry spare inner tubes, puncture repair outfit, water for the ride and money for refreshments. Lights may be necessary at the start. Check the weather which currently looks cooler than of late
