Burton Farm Fisheries

From Bitteswell, we head towards Ashby Parva, Ullesthorpe, Claybrooke Parva, Claybrooke Magna, Copston Magna, Wolvey Heath, Burton Farm. We come back through Burton Hastings, Wolvey, along Mere Lane (this road can be busy at times), take a left turn at Penn Lane and head back towards, Claybrooke Parva, Ullesthorpe (short sharp hill) and back to Bitteswell

This is a Ladies only Road Bike Ride. We are riding to Burton Farm Cafe in Upton for coffee/tea and maybe a breakfast bap?? I have kept this to quiet roads & lanes where possible, however, on a Saturday morning it is difficult to predict the traffic. I've kept this as flat as possible. There are couple of hills, the one at Ullesthorpe on the way back is a short sharp one on the way back.

Usually fairly quiet roads and lanes, we cross the A5 but do not go along it.

We will stop at Burton Farm for Coffee, be aware of Mabel the Goat, if you leave your food unattended she will eat it! You have been warned lol......

Ladies Only Road Bike Ride. Road worthy bike. Helmet Essential, no helmet, no ride. Front & Rear Lights. Spare inner tube, tyre levers & pump or cannisters. Clothing appropriate for the weather. Water
