Burn it with Breeze Wk 2

Keen to burn off the excesses of Christmas and get fit for the New Year? I know I am, so join me on this series of rides over the next few weeks, using the Fallowfield Loop in stages. The second week is a gentle ride to just beyond Fallowfield, with the opportunity to grab a coffee in Fallowfield on the way back to Chorlton. Over the following weeks we will gradually ride further and faster, until we do the ride all the way to the National Cycling Centre, home of British Cycling. The first few weeks are aimed at beginners, so if you already ride a bike regularly you might want to wait until the rides get a bit longer and faster before joining us. We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave anyone behind. You will need a bike that is in good working order and the equipment to fix a puncture (help will be offered, but please have the kit and the ability to remove a wheel if you do not have quick release). Bring water for the ride and a lock and money for the café stop. Dress for the weather - paying particular attention to your hands and feet. Remember, you will warm up as you ride so don't be tempted to wear too many thick layers or you will overheat and be chilled when we stop.
