This is the last of 'Burn It' series and this ride will take us to the home of British Cycling at the National Cycling Centre. We will ride to Debdale along the Fallowfield Loop then take the path along the canal to NCC for café stop. The route is flat and the length of the ride is about 18 miles. As ever we will ride at the pace of the slowest rider and no one will be left behind. You will need a bike that is in good working order and the equipment to fix a puncture (help will be offered, but please have the kit and the ability to remove a wheel if you do not have quick release). Bring water for the ride and a lock and money for the café stop. Dress for the weather - paying particular attention to your hands and feet. Remember, you will warm up as you ride so don't be tempted to wear too many thick layers or you will overheat and be chilled when we stop. Helmets are compulsory for under 18s and highly recommended for everyone else. If you have any questions you can email me on [email protected]
