Bumble Bee Lane

We will be leaving the Sports Centre, going through Bitteswell, Ashby, where we turn right and go down to Dunton Basset, turning left we head to Leire, Frolesworth, head to Sharnford, turn left up and go up Bumble Bee Lane, stop at the top before heading back through the Claybrookes, Ullesthorpe and back to Lutterworth.

This could not be described as a flat route, equally regular rides shouldn't have to much of a problem.

This is a ladies only road bike ride, we will go ride at a 13/15 mph pace, no one will get dropped. We will be riding through some of the Villages and mainly (not all quiet Lanes) and heading up Bumblebee Lane.

Generally fairly quiet, there is one busier stretch through Sharnford to the bottom of Bumblebee Lane

We will have a water stop at the top of Bumble Bee Lane after climbing the hill

Ladies only No under 16’s Helmets are essential, no helmet no ride Clothing appropriate for the weather Spare inner tube, tyre levers and a road worthy bike required Front and rear lights Water & money for Tea or Coffee We have a no drop policy
