About the route
Starting point
We meet by the barrier to the Admin Office on the Top Entrance on the Newbridge Road.
This ride is perfect for women/girls wanting a bit of experience on the bike before they go on the road.
A couple of laps around the roads of the Royal Welsh Showground, before heading along the cyclepath behind Jewsons to the Burger factory and back.
About 5 miles, usually takes about an hour.
A series of 6 rides (every other Wednesday), Ideal for gaining a bit of confidence / fitness before the summer.
Come and join us, we go at the pace of the slowest so no-one gets left behind,
