Bugbrooke - Preston Capes - Eydon- Canons Ashby loop (25 miles)

This is a leisurely social ride, aiming for around 11-12mph. We will aim to stay together as a group for the whole ride, and ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Please do not sign up unless you are prepared to do that.

We will meet at Bugbrooke, making the ride about 25 miles, but if you want to cycle to the meeting point, please allow enough time so we can leave Bugbrooke at 1130 (it's about a 5 mile ride from Duston/Upton to Bugbrooke)

The route takes us out through Nether Heyford, Weedon, Everdon, Preston Capes, stopping for coffee at the Crumbs Cafe in Eydon village. We return on a slightly flatter (with more downhill than up !) route via Canons Ashbye and Litchborough.

We will stop at Crumbs Cafe in Eydon village for refreshments , at the halfway mark.

Please bring a helmet (this is compulsory), spare tube and pump, money for a drink (cash and card, in case they dont take either one of these forms of payment).
