This is a circular route that shows off some of the cycling cycling infrastructure Leyland and Buckshaw have to offer. We will be taking in the some of the Leyland Loop, the cycle path that runs from Mill Lane through to Centurion Way, quiet roads to link us up to Moss Lane to pass under the motorway before weaving through estates and avoiding the busier roads, and finally dropping onto NCN55 to bring us back towards Buckshaw and the return to the start point.

Join us for this mix of urban and parkland adventure.

The Buckshaw Leyland Loop is an easy going circular route from Buckshaw Village, around Leyland, and back to the start.

You'll be riding a mix of cycleway, shared paths, parks, and some quieter roads.

Bring drinks and snack with you for the ride. There is a café at the start/finish point as well as toilet facilities.

Bring helmets, a smile, spare inner tube for your bike, and any drinks or snacks you wish to carry.

We especially welcome newbies!
