Starting point

Devon
PL7 1SR

We will launch out of Cot Hill Close ( bimble really) westward to join up with the Plym Valley Trail at Coypool and head up over viaducts and the tunnel to Clearbrook. It’s up the sharp hill and back on the trail to Yelverton where we cross into the old airfield. We now navigate across to Crapstone and then drop down the hill whilst enjoying a glorious descent to Buckland and then drop down village pub. Refreshed we will head back through the village and climb back up to Long Ash then across the Airfield to connect with the trail where we will be buzzing to descend freely down to Coypool and back to our starting pad.

A jaunt up Drakes Trail with a visit to Buckland Monocorum

Mostly cycle paths and a few quiet country lanes.

We will stop as required and a refreshment at Drakes Manor in Buckland.

Helmets are required. Fully charged and working front and rear lights. Spare inner tube It will still be chilly despite the nice weather we have been experiencing.

We never leave anyone behind
