Brummies outing to Warwick/Challenge Training

The aim is to have an enjoyable and  leisurely day out cycling. This will be a 26-8 mile ride at a steady pace of 10-12 mph for ladies who are confident on their bike and are looking to make the step up from the "easy" rides and travel further afield without speeding up too much and with lots of stops!.  This ride takes us from Kings Heath out to Solihull (pick up at 10am but text me if you choose this option), along to Catherine de Barnes (pick up at 10.15am and text me if this is your option) then into the Warwickshire countryside to Warwick. We’ll have several stops along the way and the route will take us mainly on gentle country lanes and canal paths. We’ll aim to be in Warwick around lunch time – possibly having a bite to eat in a local hostelry and then spend as much or as little time as you like looking around Warwick before making your own way back to Knowle, Solihull or Birmingham on the train Helmets are recommended but not compulsory.  Please bring a drink and snacks, plus a spare inner tube and cash for train ticket home and for any refreshments you want to buy.
