Our Breeze sessions at the Brownlee Centre closed circuit will be open to any women and children 16yrs and over. The only ability criteria is that you must be able to ride a bike. The circuit is a mile long and can be used in a variety of ways and there is capacity to have mixed abilities on the circuit.
The sessions are lead by Volunteer Breeze Ride Leaders, who will help structure the sessions around the following themes; building confidence in gear changing, road skills, for example looking around, signaling, riding 2 abreast, grouping at junctions; building your speed through sprint work and incline sprints, improving body position on bends; or you can just ride the track with friends and see how many miles you can do during the session.
You can choose an easy going session or a challenging one based on your personal preferences.

Please try to arrive before 5:50pm so the leaders can take a register, give a quick briefing and get you on the circuit for the 6-7pm session. Leaders will meet you outside the reception entrance There is a large secure car park and toilet/changing facilities inside the centre.
