Bromsgrove two hour Thursday around Worcestershire lanes

This is another two hour 'variation' - if no punctures to delay the ride! We aim to keep it at a pace to suit the group, around 9 to 10 mph overall. This ride is for fun and fitness with a friendly group - suitable for all bike types but that also depends on how fit you are* Remember to bring a pump and spare inner tube to match your bike and allow time should one of us get a puncture. Also carry a drink and snack should you need it midway or at the end of the ride. *I have suggested road/hybrid bikes but some of you may like the challenge of mtb tyres!
