Bromsgrove two hour Thursday around Worcestershire lanes

This is another two hour 'variation' around Bentley and Astwood Bank if no punctures to delay the ride! We aim to keep it at a pace to suit the group, around 9 to 10 mph overall. This ride is for fun and fitness with a friendly group - suitable for all bike types but that also depends on how fit you are. Remember to bring a pump and spare inner tube to match your bike and allow time should one of us get a puncture. Also carry a drink and snack should you need it midway or at the end of the ride. I have suggested road/hybrid bikes but some of you may like the challenge of mtb tyres!
