Bromsgrove two hour Thursday around Worcestershire lanes

This is a return to the two hour 'variation' with 850 feet total uphill toFeckenham taking in a circular route if time allows   We aim to  keep it at a nice steady pace, around 8 to 9 mph overall. This ride is for fun and fitness with a friendly group - suitable for all bike types but that also depends on how fit you are.   Remember to bring a pump and spare inner tube to match your bike and allow time should one of us get a puncture.   Also carry a drink and snack should you need it midway or at the end of the ride.  Looking forward to seeing you Janet    [email protected]   Do drop me a line with any queries or last minute change of plans Don’t forget….
