Starting point
Outside the Auctioneers Statue, Sainsbury's Station Street Entrance, Cockermouth
Heading west out of Cockermouth to Brigham onto Broughton Cross then down to Greysouthern and Eaglesfield before looping back into Brigham & Cockermouth. Short & sweet.
Once out of Cockermouth we are on quieter back roads. Perfect for a short Sunday morning ride before a lunch! We will ride at the pace of the slowest so no one is left behind. The aim being to have an enjoyable social ride in the company of others.
Helmets are essential, a spare inner tube useful, comfortable clothing – a waterproof if wet, some water & a snack are advisable. Money for cake & coffee afterwards a good idea!
