Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride. A fantastic circular route in the north of London showing that you can escape the city on quiet roads! We will ride out of the city past the beautiful Alexandra Palace, Ally Pally to us locals. There are a few fun hills to negotiate but it's tarmac all the way on this ride, so pull out the bike and lets get going!  This is the perfect preparation for your British Heart Foundation Ride later in the year.
