Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride. Starting and finishing at The National Cycling Centre home of Team GB, this challenging ride follows quiet country lanes through the Medlock valley before passing through the outskirts of Daisy Nook and over Hartshead Pike, where you'll feel a world away from the hustle-and-bustle of Manchester. Then it's onto the picturesque village of Uppermill before enjoying the route back to the National Cycling Centre. Remember to bring your cycling legs, this is the perfect preparation for your British Heart Foundation Ride later in the year.
