Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the team raising vital funds to help us in the fight against heart disease. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start way before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride.

Come and join us as we ride the iconic road bike route in West London. This 27 mile ride is multiple laps of the perimeter road in Richmond Park, a longstanding hub for London's road cyclists. The rolling tarmac route is ideal for road bikes and this is a perfect ride for those who are training for a challenge whilst being surrounded by the beautiful Richmond Park.
