Up Cockermouth Lonning and "Hotchberry" to Eaglesfield, then left and past Paddle school to Southwaite, and on to Hundith Hill and then Wythop. Plenty of rolling ups and downs in this stretch, but nothing the regulars haven't done before! As previously we will go at a pace to accommodate all riders. We then cross the A66 and pass the distillery. We can either stop there or keep going along the Isel road to Cockermouth for our refreshment.
