Meeting at Salt Ayre entrance we will take the cycle track down to the Millennium Bridge, from there we will head over to Halton Road and cycle up to Halton Army Camp. We will turn onto Kellet Lane and head towards Nether Kellet. On approaching Nether Kellet we will head down to Carnforth Train Station and grab a cofffe/cake at the Brief Encounter cafe.

On the way back we can cycle the way we came or head back on the A6 at Bolton Le Sands to the promenade and then join the cycle track at Morrisons or get on the canal at Crag Bank ( this will all depend on how attends on the day)
