Starting from - The Meeting Point is outside the entrance of Leigh College, Leigh Sports Village Sale Way, Leigh Sports Village, Leigh WN7 4JY. Parking is free, but may be busy if there are events on at the Leisure Centre across the road. PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a height restriction barrier of 2.1mtrs in place. Leigh College Car Park

We'll start by riding along the new cycle lane on St Helens Road, before joining the Bridgewater canal. From here we stay on the canal all the way to Monton. We'll then return on the Roe Green Loopline, then Tyldesley Loopline. From here we join the guided busway before completing a small section of road riding to get us back to the sports village. Café stop will be decided on the day, dependent on how everyone’s feeling so please bring cash/card in case.

Please check your bike is in good working order and carry a spare inner tube to fit your bike and/or a puncture repair kit. Please also make sure you have lights as it may be dark on the way back.
