This breezy beginners ride is perfect for first timers and ladies who want to get out and socialise on the bike! There is no minimum speed and we will be making plenty of stops so we can have a breather, and take in the beautiful Essex countryside.
Please remember your cycle helmet, water and a snack for the ride and money for the café. There is plenty of parking available at the tea rooms
