Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Meeting at Broompark picnic Area we will cycle along the Deerness Valley Walkway to Waterhouses and up the incline to Stanley Crook. We will then turn left along the road and take the unclassified road down towards Brancepeth where we will stop in for a nosy at the newly opened Brancepeth Castle Tea Rooms. From there we will follow the lines back to Durham.
Please bring appropriate clothing for the weather and some change for buying refreshments at the Tea Shop.
