About the route
We start the route from Sycamore farm and head out to the liverpool and leeds canal path, from there we go onto Padiham greenway where the old railway used to be and cycle down towards sabden. we turn around back up with a steady slight incline on the way back up and finish off at sycamore farm for coffee and a cake if you that takes your fancy.
