we leave our start point and head to New Longton and Ulne Walton. here we start the undulating part of the route through mawdesley to our coffee stop. After our break we head back through the quiet lanes of Mawdesley and on to Croston where we make our way back to Walmer bridge. From here it is a short ride on cycle lanes back to our start point. A steady ride through some lovely villages with some rolling roads to test your legs.

This is an undulating route south ribble villages, suitable for those confident on the road .

the majority of the route is on quiet country lanes.

There is a planned coffee stop at Cedar farm. There will b plenty of opportunities to stop for a breather along the way.

Please bring some water, a snack and some money if you wish to purchase food or drink at the coffee stop. Be prepared forwarm/ wet weather conditions. Riders are advised to wear a helmet and it is compulsory for those under 18 to wear a helmet. Please carry a spare inner tube and tools necessary to carry out a puncture repair Prior to the start of the ride there will be a short bike check and safety brief but please make sure that your bike is in working order before joining the ride.

We are a small friendly group of women who enjoy a social ride around the scenic lanes in the area and a friendly chat over coffee. We love to welcome new members and we never leave anyone behind.
