This is an easy going ride suitable for those returning to cycling
the majority of the route will be on shared paths and cycle paths.
There will be plenty of opportunities to stop to catch our breath and have a drink. we aim to achieve and average of 7 to 8 miles per hour
Please bring water and a snack as there is no planned coffee stop on this ride. Be prepared for wet weather and please bring a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and pump. you are advised to wear a helmet and all participants under 18 must wear a helmet.
