About the route
A nice quiet ride- some roads, but nothing too busy- down the River Ely to our coffee stop in the Bay, then up the River Taff back to the start.
Starting from the National Sports Centre of Wales, we'll stay off the roads into Llandaff village then do approximately 3 miles of road until we pick up the Ely Trail in St Fagans. It's almost all off road from there back to the start apart from a few quiet streets around Fairwater.
