Sun is forecast on Friday (fingers crossed!) so I hope you can join us for a 20ish mile ride to Codicote, heading out via Bowers Heath, Ayot St Lawrence and back the same way. We will be riding at a steady 8-10mph with plenty of stops and chatter on the way. The route is mostly quiet lanes with a couple of busier sections. We will tackle the unavoidable hills at our own pace which you are welcome to walk. We will stop to regroup at the top making sure everyone is okay before moving on.
We will be stopping at SpokeCycles in Codicote for coffee and cake or to try one of their wonderful toasties! We are aiming to be back by 2pm.
Covid: we are asking riders to be respectful to others on the ride. Please do not ride if you have Covid symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms. Please bring a mask (in case it is needed for the coffee stop or if you need first aid assistance) & hand sanitiser.
Ride: you must wear a helmet to ride with us. Also, please make sure your bike is in good working order & that you are carrying spare inner tubes, tyre levers & pump; money/card for coffee/emergencies; water; emergency back up/taxi number to call in case of issues; suncream(!)
If you have never ridden with Breeze before, please come along & give it a try. We never leave anyone behind & would love to see you!
