Starting from - Please meet by 4.15am at the layby as you approach Bucknell after leaving the A4113 Knighton to Leintwardine road for our usual checks before starting ride.

Our ride will start from Bucknell, we'll cycle out to find a good viewing point to see the Summer Solstice Sunrise and then do a few more miles afterwards with a coffee stop at Hopton Castle before returning back to Bucknell.
It could feel a bit chilly at that time in the morning so make sure you have layers and will be warm enough on the morning.
No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users.
Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres and some water for on the bike.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
Although there shouldn’t be much traffic at that time of morning please bring front and rear lights if you have them.
