To celebrate Breeze being 10 in Wales join us for this pretty "Breeze on Tour" ride through centuries of history. We start by crossing the Conwy Estuary on Telford’s Suspension Bridge and pass beneath the grandeur of UNESCO World Heritage Conwy Castle. We’ll head through the town, pass under the town walls and on the peaceful lanes of the Conwy Valley.
From here we will head up the beautiful Conwy Valley before stopping at the tiny church of St Mary’s Church, the site of Canovium Roman Fort, right on the shore of Afon Conwy.
We will continue up the Conwy Valley using quiet country lanes where possible but some sections on busier B roads before we head back down to the coast and back to Conwy.
There are a few gentle hills but they are short enough to walk if you need to. Everyone can take them at their own pace and we'll regroup at the top.
We'll have a nice cafe stop along the way too!
All bikes welcome including E Bikes. We never leave anyone behind. Breeze Newbies v welcome.
WHAT TO BRING:
-A drink for the ride
-Clothes suitable for the weather (an extra layer/ water proof is a good idea)
-A helmet is compulsory
-A spare inner tube for your tyres
-Money for the cafe
-Please make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving on the ride
