We will have a bit of a warm up in a suitable area then ride the green easy trail. Its lovely riding with some great views. We will be riding at the pace of the slowest rider. If you are new to mountain biking please come along. I am a mountain bike leader and a coach so can hopefully give you some tips to enjoy the ride.
I will be running a women only ride after this at 12pm on the trail to the Paradise tea rooms.
