Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Join us on a loop ride up to Pyecombe and Poynings. Suitable for road bikes, hybrids, or mountain bikes.

After warming up and checking all our gears work by doing a loop or two of Hove Park, we'll head over to pick up the cycle path alongside the A23 north, taking us up to Pyecombe. Following a café stop at Rushfields Garden Centre in Poynings, we’ll head back into Brighton along the Saddlecombe Road, with the main hills of this ride. If you've entered a sportive or challenge ride such as Diva Sussex, Cycletta, or London to Brighton, then this Saturday afternoon series will help you get ready. This fifth ride has plenty of hills coming back along the Saddlescombe Road although the route out alongside the A23 is less hilly.
